The cast-iron burners heat the ceramic briquettes that lie above them, which in turn cook the food on the grill. The juices that flow naturally out of the food fall onto the hot ceramic briquettes below and evaporate. This vapour gives the food its unique grilled taste, and gives you an unforgettable barbecue experience!
